I am a serious RP'er and i would like to keeep the server that way by enforcing the rules on those who don't abide by them. MY ability to help in any situation as i can help at any time with whatever due to my past experiences and i am not a biast staff member, meaning that if a staff member is accused of something i do not instantly take the staff members side. I am also equpped with experience as a staff member and have the skill to see any situation and analyse it until i have a conclusion which ends the sit or argument. What can you offer us if you succesfully get staff(100 Words Min.): As i stated i am an incredibly active player therefore i can oversee the server whenever there are minges or there is downtime making sure no one breaks rules and i also have helped the developers with the dev server and can help out whenever needed or called upon. i can also bring experience to the table as i have been admin on many servers and have seen all types of people and minges, i dont take it kindly when people go out their way to make a server look bad and i dont want gladius gaming to look bad for the community and new players. Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 Words Min.): you should pick me as staff as i am a very loyal community member and i wish to help the community grow in strength and numbers as i believe this server deserves it and yet with numbers comes rule breakers which aren't allowed which i will ban as to not toxicate the community. another reason you should pick me is that i want to make new friends within the staff team as i have seen that they are nice people and wish to create a closer bond in the staff team, yet it isnt my goal to make friends in the staff team, instead i can keep the server clean. I will keep the server clean with by enforcing the rules to the highest of my ability and if i can be a staff member i will bring all my experience as a staff member to this good server. The server itself, due to it being star wars RP, can sometimes have minges and trolls so i intend to not give them the satisfaction of ruining other players fun and RP, as it can be frustrating when you are devoting time and effort for some people who aren't interested in roleplaying instead ruining the servers name so i intend to help the community rid the server of that Why do you want to be staff?( 200 Words Min.): i have played this server for a few weeks now and i am confident in becoming a staff member as the community and gameplay of the server is just how star wars RP is supposed to be played and therefore i would like to help keep that experience clean, fair and empty of minges. If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: if im 2nd LT+ (in RP) i ask them to salute their officers but if im staff i dont get saluted for being a staff member You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: i then show that i can as i work double as hard from that point on You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: keep it to myself as drama makes the community toxic There is a player he has went up to the Main Bridge and pressed the Hyperspace button. What do you do?
