Both in the training of our troopers, and how the ship operates as a whole. I believe I am experienced when it comes to running Venators, due to my experience on others, I think this should give the Fleet management a fighting chance by including more fully trained prospects into the team. I have experience first hand with other regiments and know their specialities and potential, mainly from customising and maintaining their loadout myself, this should allow me to create more individual training for each regiment along with knowing their limitations in battle. Do you have any experience being fleet on any server? (Include ranks and the server): I have been Fleet on many different servers. I was Fleet Rear Admiral on Kings Realm. Fleet Officer on Third Age Gaming (I believe, I don't remember 100%). As the rear admiral I was actually the highest rank in the team due to issues regarding the hierachy back then, so I have experience in troop training, the fleet induction process and other activities required to maintaining a Venator. The default lore is a student that joins the academy and passes who is then assigned to the vessel: As a student who didn't do very well in the academy, I was assigned to a smaller population Venator. However my abilities were tested and I was proved more than worthy for the rank of Rear Admiral, my achievements caught the eye of RHC who moved me onto a larger scale Venator at a lower rank to see how I would do. However on this Venator I had an argument with a fellow co-fleet member over how the ship should run and decided to step down to end further conflict.
