Hello Good Sir! As you may know from recent events. You have wasted your time on creating your application on the forums and writing this wonderful hard worked on the application. Clearly, there is an issue with communication on the server. If you did not realize there was a Fleet Tryout done where ALL people from any rank could participate and take part. Hi there November,  Ignore what Erhan has said, applications are still very much looked at. I'd like to see a bit more effort into this application if you still want to join fleet, however you recently joined ARC if I'm correct so I'm not sure if you still want to join Fleet, as such I'll put this on hold till I get a more definitive answer.
