As a recent ex-shock member I have seen the mingy side of the server and I would like to do my bit to help with the problem. [color=#ffff00]Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 Words Min.):[/color] [color=#c0392b]Yet again as I have said I just really like the server and I want to offer my services to improve it as much as I possibly can, the staff team and the community are amazing and I want to do my part to uphold and create a fun RP environment because I have been at the receiving end of minges and abuse coming from them while attempting to arrest them and uphold the peaceful environment so that other players just like me who may have had a stressful day at school or work can come onto the server to unwind and have a good time without minges running around ruining other people’s fun. I boot up my pc first thing in the weekend to join the server and the discord to see how everyone is doing and see who's on the server to have some fun in downtime or most afternoons to attend whatever is on be it a training, regiment tryouts or even events and if nothing is on I hold a SIM to give people something to do on the server, this server has been pretty much all I have done since I first joined and that is because 1 the community is amazing 2 the RP IS amazing and 3 the staff team are friendly and are always here to help and even in downtime just have some fun because that’s what we're here for at the end of the day.[/color] [color=#ffff00]Why do you want to be staff? ( 200 Words Min.):[/color] [color=#c0392b]Because I want to offer all I can to improve the community and environment as much as I can, just setting someone's health in a sim, having fun in downtime, taking care of pesky minges, contributing my opinion on a matter in a meeting either community or staff or dealing with something a whole lot bigger I want to contribute in any way possible to improve the server because the next random person who joins just like we all did at one point will want a friendly face to guide them through their training, help them when they are lost or correct them when they did something they might necessarily not have been allowed to do. I want to help the server and offer my charismatic personality to help the new people learn and fit in quickly and the veterans of our server enjoy the RP that they have dedicated hours to without minges or RDM and just to have a good time and unwind in an open RDM and minges free RP environment where they can interact with each other, enjoy an even , have a laugh in downtime or even join one of my own open Sims. As long as you are playing on Gladius gaming you deserve to be having a good time and I want to contribute to this in any way possible.[/color] [color=#ffff00]If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:[/color] [color=#c0392b]If I was at the rank of 2nd LT+ and I was not saluted by a trooper I would talk to him about it in a calm manner to resolve the situation, ask him why he didn't salute and resolve the problem by either just giving him a friendly reminder or supplying him the bind if that is the issue, this sort of thing should not be a staff matter unless a large rule is broken, contact shock if the trooper is being rude/ disrespectful[/color]. [color=#ffff00]You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:[/color] [color=#c0392b]I would speak to whoever is overseeing my duties about my lack of effort in my duties and try my hardest to fix that for the next time.[/color] [color=#ffff00]You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:[/color] [color=#c0392b]I would not make this a public matter unless I believe he is breaking professionalism or a rule and I would work with him as best I can if I can't work with him efficiently because of this and if it cannot be resolved between the both of us I would take the issue higher.[/color] [color=#ffff00]There is a player he has went up to the Main Bridge and pressed the Hyperspace button. What do you do?
