I can have at least 3+ hours a day, depending on the situation What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: Help people with sorting problems out in the server and create a friendly RP Server Why do you stand out among other candidates(100 Words Min.): I have noticed that lots of people find the server difficult to handle at times and staff sometimes cannot fix it. I believe that I stand out because I can use resources around me to help resolve situations. I helped create the map whilst it was in development and I know that lots of people did not do this. I am a  high rank in game and fleet have trusted me enough to make me a Fleet Ensign which takes a lot of dedication as well as responsibility. I believe myself to be very charismatic and I have a good understanding of the rules of the server and can resolve situations peacefully when needed. I love to help people and this helps with being a staff member as sometimes you are required to help people overcome issues in game. I am studying Sociology ( Not professionally ) , as well as politics, which allows me to help people if they need it in a much better manner. What can you offer us if you successfully get staff(100 Words Min.): I can help people with there problems as well as assisting the server that we play on and helping it run properly whilst we are playing on it. I can promote the server as well allowing the server to thrive and allow people to be happy whilst playing on the server. Being able to help people is another thing that I can really help with. If there are problems in the server between people I can assist an help resolve the situation. I can help people if they are stuck in a place or if someone has broken a rule and if I was staff I could go to the area and settle the problem. Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 Words Min.): Like I mentioned earlier on in the application, I have studied Sociology and this allows me to help complete tasks that involve people on the server. I am calm and considerate and can resolve issues peacefully if need be. I have a very high rank in game which shows to other people that I can be trusted as a staff member which can be backed up by the fact that I have over a week playtime on the server. I believe that this shows that I can be active and dedicated which are some of the qualities that staff members need. I consider myself to be very humble and I can treat people fairly no matter who they may be. Showing equality is important in my perspective and if I can rectify something fairly, it means that I can be a fair and honest staff member. I can identify my strengths and weaknesses and this allows me to understand what I can and cannot do. In my opinion a staff member should be active, well mannered and considerate of others, and I (Without Bragging) Feel as though I tick all of those boxes. I can offer lots of ideas to people if they need it and if an issue has escalated I am able to help and try to sort it out. Why do you want to be staff?( 200 Words Min.): I enjoy helping other people when they need assistance and being able to help in such a thriving and [i]alive [/i]server really makes me feel good about myself. When I had joined a server before I noticed that there were hardly any staff online and those that were, were very inactive. Lots of people had issues that needed sorting out and they tried repeatedly to contact a member of staff however no one would show up. I felt that this was very bad because people were trying to enjoy themselves and have fun however it was limited due to lazy people. Since then I have wanted to become a member of staff on an RP server and make people fell excited and happy that they are playing on the server. I also hate the fact that there is often hostility between people as the game is about enjoying yourself and having fun, yet lots of people sought to stop this enjoyment and ruin people's fun. If I was a staff member I would help put a stop to it and ensure that everybody enjoys their time on the server.  Helping people stop there problems is also very important to me because like I said earlier I am very calm and I can use this to help make people's gameplay better. If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: This depends more on my rank in-game than a staffing matter. If I was playing as fleet, the first time it happens I would be willing to let it slide however if it happens again I would speak to them and tell them what they are doing is wrong and they need to up their game. I have experienced this before with an ARC Major by the name of Sterling, who had failed to salute me on so many occasions, that I took action and reported it, resulting in his demotion as well as many other factors. If , however, I was playing as my 212th PVT (second life) I would not worry as I am not at the rank where I am to be saluted.   You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would firstly apologise for not completing my duties. If it were to go further however I would accept my punishment as I was the one who caused it.  You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I respectfully address as to why I do not like them and if it continues after that, I would get a senior member of staff to help deal with it. There is a player he has went up to the Main Bridge and pressed the Hyperspace button. What do you do? Explain: I would take them away and warn them because it is FailRP. However if the player was the Admiral or someone who was ordered by the Naval to press the button I would not do anything as they were ordered to by a Naval Officer. Anything else: Negative[/b]

I feel as though if I get this role, I could get round the problem by being staff in events or if there is no current purpose for me etc. However this is only a suggestion
