[b]What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: [/b] I aim to improve the current community standing and make a much better one for it's future development; this is all I wish to achieve as I've grown to like this community. [b]Why do you stand out among other candidates(100 Words Min.): [/b] I believe I stand out among other candidates for the staff position purely because I've been dedicated to this community since I discovered it, perhaps likewise to the rest of the people before and after me, but there is a passion for this server I can only describe it's reason because it has a fairly well-developed playerbase. People are not toxic, and are not edgy. I stand out purely because I'm here, because I want to make a difference, because I've been here a long time and I would like to see Gladius Gaming progress to reach new heights; for that, it will need good staff. I should also note that I consider my ranking different than my Medic position on the server. I've turned down many promotions simply because I was only doing my job as a Medical Trooper; I know well enough that I wouldn't be a medic if I was awful at the job itself, hence forth why I am still a Private First Class in ranking; some people may not understand this, but I do not need a high rank to be happy playing on Gladius Gaming. [b]What can you offer us if you successfully get staff(100 Words Min.): [/b] I'll offer you an active, functioning staff member who will be able to adapt to community changes and meet requirements and expectations of a decent staff member, following the specified guidelines; I will treat nobody with a biased opinion and always keep my stance neutral. I will deal with rule-breakers in an according manner dependent on the rule that they break, and always have a calm, open-minded attitude when staffing on the server; I would go as far to say I am pretty experienced with over 10,000 hours on this game; staffing is my favorite thing to do on many servers to help them grow. [b]Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 Words Min.):[/b] I think I should be picked to staff on the server purely because I can be active and dedicated to this task because I am motivated just by seeing the community and how big it is; as well as I get along with many people on the server and I am aware of all the rules. I've been here for a fairly long time albeit I was recently allowed to leave the hospital -- but this isn't the place to speak about that; so I think I should be picked to staff on the server because I get along with people, I am dedicated to this community and I can be active and offer a versatile set of experiences with the other staff members on how to deal with situations; I know how to deal with many rulebreakers on Garry's Mod as I have played this game for nearly 6 years now, with over 10,000 hours on record and my experiences built up from many major, small and medium sized servers. I really do enjoy my time on this community and they have been very welcoming; I wish to return the favor by helping the community right back with all that I have to dedicate. [b]Why do you want to be staff?( 200 Words Min.):[/b] I'd like to be staff purely because I have a passion for this server; currently among those that I've searched in this has been the best choice so far with a welcoming community that I have so far shared a lot of moments with and met a lot of good people in this server; I have seen people come and I have seen people go but the community continues to be a place where people may gather, share their experiences and moments, have a good time and enjoy themselves openly within the ruleset. I'd only like to be staff because I have a lot of respect for this server and I enjoy the time that I've been on it, which I will continue to expand on as I carry on in the server; but there is not much else to say than all of this. I enjoy the community, I want to see it grow and see it expand, I want to see it progress to a very high ranking in the server list, and I want to help with that quite a lot, I have since day 3 of being on the server thanks to the wonderful people of the community that I have met and spoken to; and even the owner themselves is open to speaking to their community; not many owners are like that. [b]If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: [/b] Nothing. They shouldn't salute me as an on-duty staff member. [b]You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: [/b] Ensure that I will do better next week and be sure to provide reason as to why I haven't done my duties as staff as much as expected. [b]You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: [/b] Even if I don't like someone I shouldn't have any reason to handle this whatsoever. I will continue to work with them but if they do anything against staff guidelines I'll have to report them. There is no reason for me to intervene in their business however it may be my business once they break staff rules; so I should report them. [b]There is a player he has went up to the Main Bridge and pressed the Hyperspace button. What do you do? Explain:[/b] I would teleport over to them and inform them that they cannot just press the hyperspace button; then I should give them a warning using the AWarn system for doing so in accordance with 'Fail Roleplay' as a Clone Trooper wouldn't do that; though if it is someone who has the correct clearance then I should do nothing.
