Thank you Why do you want to be staff? ( 200 Words Min.): I want to become staff in order to help people and ensure a good standard of RP in game. I have a lot of experience as staff on multiple games. I have been staff on many Arma 3 and Fivem roleplay servers, even becoming Head Admin on two of those. Whilst I don't have tons of experience as staff on gmod, I have the right skills and mindset to be a staff member, so all I need to do is learn how to use those skills in gmod, I know how to use ULX, however, I still have much to learn. I am an eager and fast learner so I know that learning to completely use it will not be too difficult for me.  I have been playing SWRP for a while now and so I have a good knowledge of how a staff team operates, the types of rule breaks and the punishments for them and the different ways staff deal with these situations. I am always willing to help out, be that in RP or OOC. I can approach situations in many different ways and I am good at taking control of tough situations. I want to become a staff member to help make the server a better place and help out the other staff members if they require it, especially if there aren't many staff on at that time. I believe I will be a dependable and reliable staff member. Thank you If a trooper didn’t salute you, what do you do as a staff member: Nothing as it is nothing to do with staff. You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I speak to my higher ups and explain why I haven't been on. I will then try to make up for it by putting more hours the next week. You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If they have done nothing wrong then I leave them alone. If they have broken a rule or done something wrong I would report it to the head of the staff team. There is a player he has went up to the Main Bridge and pressed the Hyperspace button. What do you do? Explain: I would warn him if it was his first offence. If he did it again I would kick/ban depending on the situation. Anything else: No
