I'm good at keeping it professional and staying neutral in cases but also seeing the case from each person perspective. I'm good at staying calm in stressful situations. I'm a very fast learner and I know the most crucial ULX commands that a moderator need. I'm good at coming with inputs if I have any. But also help out in events and help plan the events. I have a lot of ideas on how to improve the events making them more realistic and such. I'm very mature and I don't get triggered as easily as others might do. [/color][/b] [b]What can you offer us if you succesfully get staff(100 Words Min.):[/b] [b][color=#f39c12]As a staff member, I can offer a lot of activity not only on the server but also on the forums and on the discord. I'm helpful and very patient. I know how and how not to act in certain cases, I can fool around with players (in a fun way) but also be very serious and strict depending on the situation. I can also offer a helping hand in events, so other staff members can enjoy their roles, instead of being an event character in most events. But most of all I can offer a great mood and a lot of funny moments in RP but also out if RP.[/color][/b] [b]Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 Words Min.):[/b] [b][color=#f39c12]You should pick me to be a member of the staff team because I know my stuff, as I've said before I've been staff on many other star wars rp and Dark rp servers, so I know how to handle almost every situation that might occur. I know how to talk to people, without being condescending to them and make them feel welcomed. I will be active on the server and I'll let you know if I might be gone for a day or two. I'm good at taking constructive criticism, but also giving it to people who I might feel need it. I will give it my best every time I log onto the server and constantly trie to improve the way I do and handle things. I will help to keep the server alive even tho it's doing fine on its own :) But overall I'm friendly and I respect new and old players, even if the respect is not mutual. I like to help people in any form of matter, I'm always friendly and in a good mood. I'm good at being patient in cases and understand peoples problems. It's simply in my nature to help other people. I want to help out the people that might experience problems or have questions. I want to make the server a more realistic Star Wars rp server by dealing with all the rulebreakers. Being a staff member is also a good way to get to know new and old players, you get to talk with them in a whole other way. As some might know it can be quite stressful jumping from case to case, which is also one of the reasons why I want to be a staff member. I want to make it less stressful so they can concentrate on one case or one problem at a time. I would also like to help with setting up events and training sessions. I do also like having some kind of responsibility not only to myself but to others as well. It's also important to set a good example for newcomers and teaching them how to play and act whilst they play on the server or talking in discord. [/color][/b] [b]If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:[/b] [b][color=#f39c12]I would do nothing as a Staff member since it's not breaking a server rule. But I would deal with it IC.[/color] [b]You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:[/b] [color=#f39c12]I would apologize and come with an explanation on why I haven't done my job and work even harder the next week to make up for my mistake. [/color] [b]You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:[/b] [color=#f39c12]If I have a problem with a staff member I would talk with the person trying to solve it. But if I just don't like the person, I wouldn't try to escalate a scene with the person, since it would look bad for the server with 2 staff members fighting.[/color] [b]There is a player he has went up to the Main Bridge and pressed the Hyperspace button. What do you do? Explain:[/b][/b] [b](I understand this as the person who pressed the button didn't get permission from a higher up and was only doing so to minge/failrp)[/b] [color=#f39c12]First of I find the person who pressed the button and explain that what he/she did was wrong and against the rules, and that the person could get warned for doing so. If the person apologized and said it would never happen again I would let him/her go with only a verbal warning.
